  • Obtain an overview of GSM and network behaviour
  • Improve the ability to communicate with technicians

  • Persons who need to obtain an brief overview of GSM network, for example management and other non-technical professionals

Content
  • Structure of the GSM network - functionality of its parts and how they interact
  • Network nodes and their functions
  • Short overview of radio interface
  • Network security, addressing, mobility
  • GSM localization
  • Short description of basic procedures (e.g. registration into the network, mobile originating / terminating Call)
Training Environment
  • Max. 12 students per course
  • Training materials are provided
  • The course may be adapted in content according to customer needs, adaptations not requiring modification of training materials are provided at no extra charge (-C,-S)
  • Additional after-class consultation and discussion following each course day's training are provided free of charge
