- Training is a combination of courses "GPRS - Network Principles, Signalling and Scenarios (TS2G-B-12)" and "GSM - Scenarios (TS2G-B-02)"
- Structure of the GPRS network - functionality of its parts and how they interact
- GPRS network nodes and their functions, network interfaces
- Radio interface changes
- PDP context and Quality of Services (QoS)
- Description of basic GSM procedures: Registration into the network, Mobile Originating / Terminating Call, Mobile Originating / Terminating SMS, Handover, Roaming, Location Update
- Description of basic GPRS procedures: Registration into the network, PDP context activation, Data transfer, GPRS Roaming
- Protocols used in the GPRS network - task of the protocols
- Dedicated scenarios describing GSM network functionality
- Dedicated scenarios describing GSM and GPRS network functionality
- Individual solution of selected scenarios
